Crem International introduces a new integrated automatic steamer for its espresso range.

Improved design, improved performance

We have not only designed a new, aesthetic wand with a built-in temperature probe to suit our latest espresso machines, but an enhanced thermal insulation coat. As a result, a renewed “cool touch” wand thanks to the latest nanotechnology, which decreases the external temperature in more than 20º C. Plus, this polymer based material brings a superior anti-adherence, thus helping the wand cleaning.

Furthermore, the steam wand design allows you to easily change the nozzle between the standard (faster) and the barista one (slightly slower, but performing a premium quality foam).

What really sets the SmartSteam apart is the functionality behind the comprehensive in-cup quality approach of all its features, aimed to produce a superior milk frothing and to perform an outstanding latte art to satisfy the most demanding baristas.

Therefore, and in line with the revised mechanical design, our SmartSteam points out an upgraded electronic system, mainly displayed in a user-friendly interface:

  • Double function lever, able to control both the steaming process (manual or automatic stop) and the flushing.
  • Both adjustable temperature and frothing levels to get a precise control of the steam and the pump speed, including a non-interfering warning to ensure the perfect milk temperature.
  • Less noise and more efficient operation process.
  • Auto-cleaning software which allows to define not only the flushing duration, but to set the time to automatically clean the wand after the last use.
